Members are the most important asset of the Louisiana Central Credit Union. This state-chartered, not-for-profit, not-for-charity, but for service financial institution which has been in continuous operation since 1942, exists solely to serve the financial needs of its members. Like all credit unions, our Board of Directors is comprised of persons democratically elected from our membership, by our membership. They volunteer their efforts to make sure all other members are enjoying the highest standard of financial services possible

The mission of the Louisiana Central Credit Union is to provide an atmosphere of caring by making available to members, of all walks of life, consumer lending services, financial transactions, participation and access to a wide range of insurance benefits and coverage; and to conduct a well-managed and financially sound credit union with acceptance and respect in the community.
