Hurricane Francine

Louisiana Central Credit Union has been monitoring Tropical Storm Francine and per the National Hurricane Center, Francine is expected to strengthen into a hurricane at some time on Tuesday as it heads toward Louisiana and should make landfall on Wednesday September 11,2024.  In the past few hours Francine has shifted a little more east than previously expected. Due to the easterly shift and for that reason Louisiana Central Credit Union we will be closing today at 2:00 PM in order for our employees to prepare for the impending storm.   Our office will be closed on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, and we plan to reopen Thursday September 12:00 PM if conditions will allow.  In the event that we have to extend our reopening or any other emergency announcements please check our web site at louisianacentral.org or you can email the helpdesk@louisianacentral.org

We pray that all our members stay safe during this storm and if you travel out of the area, remember that you do have access to your account at one of our participating CO-OP Shared Branch’s.  To locate one visit https://co-opcreditunions.org/locator/

From our family at Louisiana Central Credit Union to yours, our members are important to us, and we want every one of you to stay safe.
